We regard the office and the function of pastoral ministry and church leadership as a sacred trust granted by God. The Biblical requirements for ministry describe a life built on character and integrity. In a day when secular leaders try to draw a distinction between their private lives and their public service, we recognize that our private lives and our families are the validation of our public ministry. Our commitment to God, His Word, His call, our families, and each other provide the context for our leadership in Christian service.
